About Cirrix

Cirrix is an AI-powered inspection platform that turns scattered visual data (photos, videos, 3D scans, NDT images) into one organized, secure workspace for aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) teams.

We help operators like airlines and MROs centralize inspection evidence, link it to their existing systems, and unlock faster reporting, traceability and AI-ready insights.

Cirrix is an early-stage Dutch startup, and we have already landed our first projects, and looking to scale the team!

What we're looking for

We're looking for a Business Development / Sales Intern who is excited about aviation, technology and startups, and wants hands-on experience in B2B sales and go-to-market.

You'll help us grow our pipeline with aviation MROs and airlines and support the co-founders in day-to-day commercial activities.

What you'll do

  • Research aviation MROs, airlines and other asset-heavy operators to identify potential customers and new market segments for Cirrix.
  • Assist with lead generation via LinkedIn, email outreach, events and industry networks, including preparing and sending messages.
  • Support sales meetings and demos (preparation, note-taking, follow-up), and help keep our CRM and pipeline data up to date.
  • Help refine pitch materials, one-pagers and case studies based on real conversations with prospects and partners.
  • Collect feedback from prospects and translate it into clear insights for the product and founder team.
  • You will also be part of the sales / business strategy and work directly with the CEO.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree (e.g. Business, Economics, Engineering, or related) and able to commit from September 2026.
  • Strong interest in aviation, aerospace, or B2B SaaS, and curious about how visual inspection and AI change maintenance operations.
  • Comfortable communicating in English (Dutch is a plus) and writing clear, professional emails and LinkedIn messages.
  • Analytical and structured: you enjoy researching markets, organizing information and drawing simple conclusions from data.
  • Proactive, reliable and happy to work in a fast-moving startup environment where you'll get responsibility early.
  • Already based in the Netherlands and legally allowed to work here – we cannot provide visa sponsorship.

What we offer

  • 10 paid vacation days.
  • Self-development budget to continue learning.
  • A front-row seat in an early-stage aviation tech startup working with leading MRO organizations.
  • Real responsibility in business development and sales, not just "support tasks", with direct impact on our commercial pipeline.
  • Close collaboration with the founding team in Delft, plus flexibility to work hybrid.
  • Opportunity to learn how investors, accelerators and aviation partners look at startups, including exposure to our clients and on-site visits, investor meetings, and conferences.
  • A learning-focused internship with room for your own projects and ideas; compensation and exact hours to be discussed during the process.

How to apply

Please apply via LinkedIn with your CV and a short note (3–5 sentences) on why Cirrix and aviation business development interest you.

If you have any relevant projects (e.g. sales experience, startup projects, aviation-related work), feel free to add links or a brief description.
