About Cirrix
Cirrix is an AI-powered inspection platform that turns scattered visual data (photos, videos, 3D scans, NDT images) into one organized, secure workspace for aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) teams.
We help operators like airlines and MROs centralize inspection evidence, link it to their existing systems, and unlock faster reporting, traceability and AI-ready insights.
Cirrix is an early-stage Dutch startup, and we have already landed our first projects, and are looking to scale the team!
What we're looking for

- Design per-client network setups (VPNs, whitelisting) and make it repeatable.
- Continue on the EU data residency and compliance groundwork and requirements for the aviation industry.
- Optimize Azure cloud expenses with active cost control.
- Architect and develop C# for the backend (.NET, Aspire, Container Apps, PostgreSQL, Azure OpenAI).
Your profile
- Solid and proven Azure deployment and production ownership (2+ years).
- Strong C# developer and architect track record (5+ years).
- Pragmatic, opinionated and collaborative on running an efficient operation.
- Experience with regulated or compliance-heavy environments is a plus; aviation knowledge is not required.
- Comfortable communicating in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Already based in the Netherlands and legally allowed to work here; we cannot provide visa sponsorship.
What we offer
- A crucial role in an aviation tech startup; you help define our core technology.
- Decisive influence on our product that airlines and MRO organizations will rely on.
- Flexibility and freedom (hybrid work from Delft); in return we look for ownership and commitment.
- Opportunities to visit our clients and see maintenance on aircrafts in the hangars.
- Self-development budget to continue learning.
- Close collaboration with an experienced founding team in software and aviation.
- A small, but mighty team who can't wait to work together.
- Competitive salary, with 27 vacation days.
